Attachments

This page lists the file formats and maximum sizes that the Netvisor API accepts for attachments. Attachments are Base64 encoded in the XML message.

Standard file formats

Most attachment types accept the same file formats. On this page, they are called the standard file formats.

Standard file formats: .bmp, .csv, .doc, .docx, .emf, .exif, .gif, .gzip, .heic, .eml, .html, .ico, .jpg, .msg, .mp3, .odp, .ods, .odt, .pdf, .png, .pptx, .rtf, .tiff, .txt, .wmf, .xls, .xlsm, .xlsx, .xml, .xsl, .zip, .7z

Purchase invoices

Applies to purchaseinvoice.nv (PurchaseInvoiceAttachment) and purchaseinvoicebatch.nv (ApiBatchSharedAttachments). Maximum size: 20 MiB.

• Invoice image (invoiceimage): .pdf, .xml

• Invoice attachments (otherattachment): standard file formats

Sales invoices

Applies to salesinvoice.nv (SalesInvoiceAttachment) and salesinvoicebatch.nv (ApiBatchSharedAttachments). Maximum size: 5 MiB.

• pdf: .pdf

• finvoice: .csv, .doc, .docx, .gif, .html, .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, .xsl
